Steve is a United States Navy veteran and a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering — a combination that uniquely shapes his leadership approach: precise, strategic, and mission-focused.

After completing his military service, Steve entered the world of remote operations by partnering with a virtual assistant service based in Jamaica. He successfully managed cold callers, virtual assistants, and client relationships, building scalable systems that delivered real results. Recognizing the demand for structured, full-service support, he later expanded into logistics operations, offering high-quality, in-person services such as delivery coordination and in-home support.

With a deep understanding of both technical systems and human operations, Steve founded this company to bridge the gap between dependable remote support and hands-on execution. Today, he leads a growing team built on discipline, trust, and innovation — delivering seamless service to clients across industries.

She began her career in the Accounting and Business industry in 1996 as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at a leading cable provider. With over 27 years of experience, she has worked with several prestigious companies across a range of industries—including Property Management, Construction, Advertising, and Franchising. Her diverse background has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise, which she now uses to bring meaningful value to the businesses she supports.

Company Admin

Jedo has worked alongside Steve for over three years, serving as a central figure in internal operations. As Admin, he handles scheduling, team coordination, communications, and task management. He’s Steve’s go-to support, ensuring everything stays on track across the business.
